Your privacy is important to us. At First Financial Resources (FFR), we understand that the information you provide to us or that we collect about you is private.

Why does FFR collect information?
In order to properly process your application for insurance and negotiate on your behalf with the insurance carrier(s), FFR must collect and transfer copies of certain required information. We use this information to provide you with products and services that meet your individual needs.
What type of information does FFR collect?
FFR collects various types of information about its customers, as noted below. FFR also maintains this information for a period of time. The types of information we collect and maintain about you may include:
Information you supply on an insurance or annuity application, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc.
Information from nonaffiliated third parties about your medical, employment, and income history; your assets and liabilities; and your driving record.
How long does FFR retain this information?
The length of time FFR maintains this information depends on the result of the application process. If the application proceeds to the placing of a policy, FFR will maintain these records for as long as the policy remains in force. If the application process is unsuccessful for any reason, FFR may offer you the information or destroy it.
Our data gathering extends only to the period that is required to underwrite your policy. We retain your information as noted above, but only for the purpose of reference should you desire additional insurance or to satisfy some other requirement of yours (such as policy service).
Does FFR disclose customer information to, or share customer information with, outsiders?
FFR does not disclose any nonpublic personal financial or any nonpublic personal medical information about our customers or former
customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. It is FFR's policy not to disclose customer information to, or share customer
information with, other businesses for marketing purposes.
If this policy should change, FFR will notify you by mail, and you will be given an opportunity to request that your information not be disclosed to, or shared with, other businesses for marketing purposes.
